Dr. Brian C. Lee
Dr. Brian C. Lee is a Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Cupertino Oral & Facial Surgery, specializing in dental implants, immediate dental implants, All-on-X and full-arch implant treatment, wisdom teeth removal, and complex oral surgery. With more than a decade of surgical experience, Dr. Lee proudly serves patients throughout Cupertino, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Mountain View, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos, and surrounding Silicon Valley communities.
Dr. Lee earned his dental degree from UCSF and his medical degree and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery certificate from Loma Linda University. His advanced surgical training included anesthesia, emergency medicine, trauma, reconstructive surgery, and oral pathology. Dr. Lee holds hospital privileges at Stanford and Good Samaritan, where he also sees patients.
Advanced Dental Implant Care
Dr. Lee provides implant treatment ranging from single-tooth replacement to complex All-on-X and full-arch reconstruction. When appropriate, he emphasizes immediate dental implants, placing an implant at the time of tooth extraction. This can reduce the amount of time a patient is without a tooth and may help maintain the architecture of the extraction site.
Dr. Lee uses advanced digital technology to plan implant treatment, including CBCT 3D imaging, TRIOS 6 intraoral scanning, iCam4D photogrammetry, digital implant planning, and computer-guided surgical guides. For full-arch cases, iCam4D photogrammetry provides highly precise digital information about implant positions to support the surgical and restorative workflow.
Dr. Lee is also a Straumann® Roxolid® provider, reflecting significant experience with Straumann implant systems.
Wisdom Teeth & Oral Surgery
Dr. Lee has extensive experience performing wisdom teeth removal, including impacted and complex cases. His advanced training in oral surgery and anesthesia allows him to provide individualized care for patients who need wisdom teeth removed.
When appropriate, 3D CBCT imaging can help evaluate the position of wisdom teeth and their relationship to nerves, adjacent teeth, and other important structures, allowing Dr. Lee to develop a personalized surgical plan.
In addition to implants and wisdom teeth, Dr. Lee provides comprehensive Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, including dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic surgery, and oral pathology.
Dr. Lee is also a lecturer on dental implants, dental surgery, and medical emergencies, sharing his knowledge with other dental professionals.
His goal is simple: to provide patients with expert surgical care, advanced technology, and a comfortable, personalized experience from consultation through treatment and recovery.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, Audrey, and their two sons, Grayson and Lucas. His hobbies include golfing as well as coaching his son's tee ball and soccer teams.
